If faxing your credit card information please include:
- Your name and telephone number
- The name on the credit card
- Credit card type
- Credit card number
- The expiration date
- The cardholder's signature
Cancellation Policy
- A no-show or cancellation on the day of the class will result in forfeiting the registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
- Cancellations made one week (five business days) in writing to Bernice Krautheim (by email bkrautheim@gasdriveglobal.com) prior to the course date will be charged a $150 processing fee and receive a refund for the balance.
- Full refunds will be given if the cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance.
- The Gas Drive Technical Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. All registrants will be notified of the changes.
